In a beautiful display of community and faith, my small group expressed a desire to pray over a fellow member’s Bible, and suddenly a wealth of teaching and insights from over the years rose to the surface, inspiring me to share:
Father God, I praise you Lord for Your Word
Psalm 119:1 “Joyful are people of integrity, who follow the instructions of the Lord.”
Psalms 119:171-175 “Let praise flow from my lips, for you have taught me your decrees. Let my tongue sing about your word, for all your commands are right. Give me a helping hand, for I have chosen to follow your commandments. O Lord, I have longed for your rescue, and your instructions are my delight. Let me live so I can praise you, and may your regulations help me.”
Father God I desire Communion with you.
Holy Spirit, come and highlight Your Words to me, open the eyes of my Heart Lord.
Psalms 119:18 “Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instructions
Ephesians 1:18 “asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.”
Then Go with the Flow
John 7:37-38 NLT “Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! Anyone who believes in me may come and drink! For the Scriptures declare, ‘Rivers of living water will flow from his heart.’”
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Lord, as I meditate on Your word, I pray that you enlighten the eyes of my heart, highlighting the wisdom You desire me to see. May this wisdom resonate within me and radiate outward, flowing, touching the hearts of those around me. For Your Glory Lord! In Jesus’ precious name we pray! Amen!
In spite of my chaotic life experiences, I am a shining example of Our Father In Heaven’s divine intervention and alternative plans.
This one belongs to Me! -King of the Universe
One day, while I was experiencing spiritual warfare, a voice suddenly appeared, stating, “This one belongs to Me!” It was unmistakably addressing me.
I was not the only one present in the room who heard the statement; I firmly believe that the Pastor also heard it, which prompted him to preach about “This one belongs to Me” the following week. Although his interpretation was different from mine, it provided me with confirmation, as I clearly heard the Lord state, “This one belongs to Me!”
I found it hard to explain how I heard the voice. It was more intense than a quiet whisper. It was more audible than a faint murmur. It lacked human attributes, yet it unmistakably had a masculine presence. It was not a spontaneous idea that randomly popped into my mind. The voice was definitely external and I sensed His presence above me.
I am convinced that what I heard was real, and I believe it was more than just a product of my imagination. Moreover, when someone suggests that your experience is purely imaginary, do not accept their, as God created imagination as a means of communication and inspiration. Imagination is the foundation of creativity, the essence of dreams, and the driving force behind innovation. While the enemy can also use imagination, scripture provides a safeguard. Rather than being intimidated by the enemy’s influence, trust in God’s sovereignty and His active presence in your life. Pray for your angels to guide you on the path to heaven, or better still, ask to be a vessel for bringing heaven to earth.
It is essential that we adopt a more attentive mindset, for our Heavenly Father is exceedingly active in our lives. Our distraction is manifest in the fact that many are unable to see and hear. Nonetheless, He continues to be actively engaged, holding each of you in profound esteem and desiring your inclusion in His family. I pray that you perceive and comprehend this. In Jesus’s name, my friend Yeshua is in pursuit. Permit Him to lavish His love upon you.
I praise Abba God for worship. It is a wonderful experience to worship and praise a God who is glorious and good, righteous and beautiful. Oh, and believe it or not, as sweet as He can be. I am lucky enough to get to feel His Spirit, His angels and experience the atmosphere transform into great joy. It is one of my gifts that the King of the Universe bestowed upon me. In one of the many trainings I have taken I learned about a term called a “Spirit-bearer” and I am in agreement with that that is what I am, a Spirit bearer. I am not going into great detail but I feel the presence of the King of Universe and sadly, the enemy against Him and us.
In short, with God I feel great sensations of joy. With the enemy my muscles squeezes tightly and I feel anxiety. In essence I just feel wrong or off. Sometimes, I want to vomit. Anyhoo, I praise God for my gifts as it gives me clues on what to pray for. But this is not the subject of this blog. Let’s talk about Harp and Bowl!
“And when he took the scroll, the four living beings and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God’s people.”
Revelation 5:8 NLT
Harp and bowl is simply prayer and music together. It consist of up to 2 or more participants singing and worshiping with prayer.
The focus of Harp and Bowl worship is to worship our Father in Heaven while speaking and singing truth out openly. Through consistent worship we can become deeply connected to the fullness of God’s power with His purpose being released to us. This is the power of consistent worship and why I feel sensations of love and joy. Especially being a child who had to deal with abuse. Where my parents tore my character down my Father in Heaven encourages and lifts me up, particularly when I worship Him. When I worship Him, I can sense a connection is made and I think of John 4:24 –> God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth Make no mistake, He is there as we worship and as we speak the truth in spirit, He speaks the truth over us in spirit. And know this… the God of Israel is a sweet loving Father so there will be no condemnation especially in Christ. If you experience condemnation vs conviction. I highly recommend a deliverance. I do pray everyone who reads this gets to experience Him as I do because I really want that for my people to have a joy infusion of the Lord.
One of the things Holy Spirit has been teaching me is the importance of expressing agreement. By repeating the words He expresses over us out loud. When we do this, we are in agreement with what He says about us, or our home, or our neighborhood, our church, our city or any place you can think of. For example, I will hear Him say frequently, “Tina, you are my friend.” “Tina, I am with you.” “Tina, I am Your Father and I love you.”
Now many will say, “That is kinda weeeirird saying stuff out loud like that.” But there is something about speaking the truth openly that changes the atmosphere around us. It is like a bridge from Heaven to earth connecting the two realms. I promise you this as well, the enemy hates it and will scatter in terror of the truth. Not that they wont come back and try to build strongholds and tear you down again, but the advice from the Lord is to pray consistently. Think 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
So, I will speak truth, sing truth, paint truth, draw truth and/or even dance truth in some way, shape or form.
Movement in Worship- expressing His Essence in ColoradoEvangelizing with Movement and Worship
The two pictures above are just examples of listening then expressing His Truth. This was through movement and worship with three streams; music, movement and prophecy. Psst… I am the one in the white. So! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE EXTREME I DO. You can do worship at home with one other person and even speak life into the world that way. That is the beauty of harp and bowl!
My praising the Lord with a church that was being remodeled.
Here is the Harp and Bowl model
Music is great! Not everyone has access to a musician though, so, you can play or sing your favorite worship song.
Next is scripture reading, spoken prayer, spontaneous singing, punctuated by more spoken scripture reading and prayer. This is while music is still going.
Intercession (several kinds) I will give more detail in another post about this.
Worship with the Word (Yay!)
Devotional worship
Note: You can adopt your own themes. Flexibility and variety is expected as the Holy Spirit leads.
The Roles in a more corporate worship setting
The Harp and and Bowl team leads the congregation in prayer and worship.
Prayer leader speaks
Speaks louder than the instruments – everyone needs to hear you

The Structure of a session
A session has the following structure for launching spontaneity.
Warm up with a known song. This is important because as you watch corporate worship, when a new song is introduced. Many people clam up because of the newness of the song. Do someting mostpeople know.
Instruments could set the mood, but if you aren’t a musician then your voice can be an instrument.
Prayer leader reads a scripture passage and prays from the heart.

Prayer leader speaks/prays a phrase or word.
Singers sing the phrase or word spontaneously, and develops the idea.
Worship leader gives a musical ending.
What to sing?
Singing with spontaneity is easy, super easy. It is just be willing to try and be free with it.
Unison in a chorus.
Harmony in a chorus.
Echo phrase
Paraphase
Develop a phrase (new words)
Ask a question/give an answer
From a supernatural standpoint, honoring the spontaneous thoughts by speaking what Our Father in Heaven speaks. I always go with a thought… For each of us it may be very personable. It could very well be scripture, words of affirmation. Words that need to be spoken over your home, your neighborhood, your city. Perhaps even a person that keeps coming to mind. What ever does happen in these moments, always have gratitude to Our Father in Heaven. You will always see me in gratitude towards Him and He is worth it.
To learn more I found this great video to help.
I will share the key apostolic and prophetic prayer examples in a another post. I also want to give credit to the wonderful experience I had at the Arise Women’s Movement that motivated my post. I borrowed some their lessons including my experience in this post. I praise God what He is doing with those women!
More to come, be sure to like, subscribe but above that share!
So, my family likes to go on adventures at least, once or twice a year. Usually the wilderness kind because, well for many reasons! One, I never had these types of family vacations or outings so, I want my son to have what I didn’t get. I don’t remember one time my father taking me to go anywhere. He was too busy with his own life to give a care about his only child. Two, it is so good for the mind to just get away! Just to get away could do anyone a bit of good. So, like the old saying goes, “A day in the country is worth a month in the city.” In other words, one day in the country is so healthy for you!
I made some mistakes on the way though. I wanted to see the Moonbow in Cumberland Falls. But, I got a cabin that was 1.5 hours away from the Moonbow. I was at Lake Cumberland! There is a difference and somehow I could not see it! But, this was Happy Accident #1! The cabin was awesome!
I got to do some major time with the Lord on that back porch with Bible Art Journalling and worshiping with my Ukele! Me and my new fur friend named Sylvester.
Sylvester, the local celebrity here at Cabin on the Hill.
The cabin was lovely and it had a sauna!
Oh yeah! It was a very nice place.
My hubby, watching Food Network and practicing his bass.
I loved worshiping the Lord here on the back porch. I love my sacred space—> I will need this when I get back home.
Sylvester and my sacred space.
The other happy accident was being 10 Minutes from Jamestown which we suddenly realized we’ve been there before on one of my hubby’s gigs! So, not only were we creating memories but we remembered old ones. Blessed a few people on the way!
Free water taxis! And good food!
Now here is where it got weird. I didn’t get any pictures here because we were running late and I could not bring my phone in the water raft. But, our original intention was to white water raft and see the Moonbow. There are only a few Moonbows in the world and right here in Kentucky we have one. Africa has one somewhere. But before our day trip to Cumberland Falls we notice a time change right before we hit Russell Springs where we stayed. I, googled what time is Lake Cumberland falls Eastern or Central. Well, just so you know, Google is a liar! I am a dummy for listening to it! So, we were late for our white water rafting trip!
Then there was a fox incident! Ugh! If I was smart enough to a) not trust Google, b) call those people myself, c) know to pray to God before I before I make any executive decisions I could possibly avoid accidents like this… Not a happy accident…. Because I killed an old fox that either a) could only see a varmint, but it was weird so I half wonder if b) this was enemy trying to ruin our day, because before we collided there was miles of no cars around. Why wait till a bunch of cars came? Just weird. Anyways, he had to die instantly and I prayed he was comforted by the Holy Spirit till he passed just in case. This is what happened to my vehicle.
So, Google lied and then the fox. I prayed that this would not ruin our day and it did not!
Images from Sheltowee Trace Adventure Resort! They took us right up to the falls.
There was a neat part to this and that was the Eagle—> Now the guide said, “She never saw an Eagle do this before but this guy led the way through all the rocky parts but that’s not all. I had to borrow the following image:
A Eagle dove into the water and the water splashed like it was a small geyser. Then the Eagle swam with a fish in it’s mouth till it reached some rocks and then climbed up and flew away with lunch. Never saw anything like that before!
I was telling a friend of mine and she had this profound thought or questions….
I’d say He answered prayers for sure😀. Maybe you had to say goodbye to the fox to get the Eagle?! I’d ask God if there is a meaning there?
Well, when it comes to meaning let’s explore scripture—>
Catch the foxes for us, the little foxes that spoil the vineyards, for our vineyards are in blossom.” My beloved is mine, and I am his; he grazes among the lilies. Until the day breathes and the shadows flee, turn, my beloved, be like a gazelle or a young stag on cleft mountains. Song of Solomon 2:15-17
Here’s another scripture —>
And he said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I finish my course. Luke 13:32
The first scripture describes foxes as destructive little creatures and could destroy vineyards. With that being mentioned in the Song of Solomon that fox easily represents a ruin of a beautiful relationship as the fox is cunning destructive yet cute lil critters. Then in Luke—> “Go and tell that fox.” Jesus is using a descriptive to describe someone as being deceptive and cunning.
In my case scenario, my Kia Soul collided with a fox. Who had plenty of chances to cross the highway before I even got there but waited to collide when several vehicles were driving by. Mine being struck. Then there is the Eagle that just led the way…. The guide said, “Yes, this never has happed to her before.” So, what does the Eagle represent in the Bible.
Quoting several sites:
In Christian art, the eagle often represents the resurrection of Christ because the sight of an eagle rising in flight is a powerful one.
Another site: Eagles have always symbolized freedom, strength, and power.
“There are three things that amaze me— no, four things that I don’t understand: how an eagle glides through the sky, how a snake slithers on a rock, how a ship navigates the ocean, how a man loves a woman.”Proverbs 30:18-19 NLT
Now looking at all that I believe that God can turn a mistake, wrong choices and accidents into something beautiful. Like I say, “Happy Accidents Happen!” And one day when many of us mature and let go of our orphan spirit and we will start recognizing WE ARE NOT A MISTAKE!
“God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.” Galatians 4:5 NLT
I think because of who I come from, the mental abuse and the craziness that I used to be, the series of bad choices, the destructiveness of my own self that I am not good enough. Yet, God is constantly doing this work in me. Constantly encouraging me. Constantly speaking His truths into me. Constantly. He doesn’t stop. He will use words like, “I am with you. You are my girl. You are my friend. I love her.” These phrases just pop up in my head at random times. I realized some time ago that this is God communing with me. It happens a lot during worship and He will say things like I am with you and you are my daughter and I would praise him further like, “Thank you Lord for adopting me into Your family.”
This is what real dad’s do and you can have a real dad too. Amen!
So, what does this all mean to me, personally. Well, as I was driving down God showed me being plucked out of danger. That before Jesus I was self-destructive. This is kinda a thing for some of us latchkey kids is the lack of nurture. He plucked me out of Satan’s hands. I still suffer from the Orphan spirit though at time. I really need to take this adoption thing seriously. Especially if I want to be totally acclimated as a daughter of the King of the Universe. Then at the end of this little rocky journey that God is guiding me through then I will become a fisherman. Plunging at great depths that you see a geyser ad I pledge! That’s what I am doing latchkey kid! I want you to know, you aren’t alone.
Well, I didn’t mean this to be my first post for my Supernatural Ways of a Latchkey Kid but it is! I hope it blessed you! ❤️
